No. Just some answers...

1:Yes this website is 11 years old and as such is 'grade two listed' which means I cannot make any changes that might materially effect its appearance.

2:Yes your neighbors kid probably can do it cheaper and probably needs the money more, however will probably be 'doing glue/meth' when you need those changes making. in spite of this I believe in fostering young talent and suggest you give the kid a try out first.
